AetherPal is primarily an anti-churn solution that enriches the customer experience by effectively reducing the problem-to-fix ratio through its innovative, dynamic, and patent pending troubleshooting Remote Control tool. The solution is OS and network technology agnostic. This solution is complimentary to support tools currently present in CARE centers such as OMA-DM. AetherPal can be easily integrated into any CARE environment or be utilized as a stand-alone solution. An embedded AetherPal client on all Smartphones will create a standardized CARE process throughout the entire supply chain, OS, OEM, Carrier, 3rd party help desk as well as enterprise support. Since AetherPal is an in-house solution, each party within the supply chain can control their own ecosystem but still maintain a standardized process that the end user will recognize. With a short and steep learning curve, CARE representatives can go from AetherPal installation to supporting end users in 30 minutes.
